Thai Stretching (AKA “Lazy Man’s Yoga”), therapist uses hands, feet, elbows and knees in a series if stretches and manipulations designed to stretch every accessible muscles in the body. Muscles and joints are gently mobilized, releasing toxins and bringing fresh energy into all areas of the body.
We highly recommend this technique especially for a person who sits behind the desk and not getting much exercise or someone who wants to stretch to keep their healthy joints.
